James C. Lanshe

Jim Lanshe has been actively involved in law and investment management for over twenty-five years. He previously served as the chief executive of a fund services company administering over five billion dollars in fund assets.

Currently, he serves as the non-executive chairman of a Luxembourg based SICAV-SIF. He has been a partner at O’Connor, Cavanagh, Anderson, Westover, Killingworth & Beshears (now Greenberg Traurig) in Phoenix, Arizona, and served as the chief executive of Norex Corporation, a diversified financial services company including the Biltmore Trust Company.

Mr. Lanshe is a graduate of Georgetown University (B.A), Cornell University School of Law (JD), Harvard University (MPA), University of Hawaii (MBA), and Cardiff University (MPhil). He is admitted to practice law in Arizona, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and the District of Columbia, as well as various federal courts including the Supreme Court of the United States.

John Legan

Mr. Legan has more than 30 years of broad investment management and organizational experience in finance, real estate, and strategic planning and negotiation. He presently serves as the Managing Partner of WCR Advisors, LLC, an investment banking firm.

John was previously Chief Operating Officer, Portfolio Manager and Head Trader at Mack Capital Corp., a family office investment firm, and is General Partner of Emperor Financial, an investor and consultancy specializing in the cryptocurrency markets. John holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from St. John’s University and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.

Davis Martin

Mr. Martin has many years of experience in investment banking as head of Davis Brothers Financial Group, Inc. since 1973. Davis Brothers is the named Financial Advisor to a family of alternative investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg known as Oppenheimer Resources, organized either as SICAV-SIF or RAIF structures.

Davis serves as President of Petroleum Production Finance, Inc., a Dallas based financial services company serving the oil & gas industry. He is also President of Oppenheimer Industries, Inc., a family holding company that has invested in a Luxembourg based alternative investment fund manager known as Royalton Partners, and serves on Royalton’s board.

Mr. Martin holds a B.B.A. degree with concentration in accounting from SMU, and has served on the advisory board of the American-Russian Investment Forum at the Harriman Institute at Columbia University.

David Mandiya

David Mandiya has 30 years’ international experience in designing, structuring and placing complex structured Investment products. These include derivatives, certificates, hedge funds and “real asset” linked asset management products, designed for both institutional investors and public distribution across multiple jurisdictions throughout Europe and the US.

 David held a number of board and executive committee roles within both public and private companies and was Senior Managing Director with Macquarie Capital Europe Ltd. and Head of Switzerland and Italy, where he set up the Swiss office and managed the structured investment products, derivatives, equity and research business for the bank.

David was a Member of the Executive Committee at Knight Securities International and Global Operating Committee and also a member of the Swiss Structured Products Association (SSPA), which at the time was largest market for investment structured products in the world.
